Fan Work Guidelines

• Redistributing or selling the Content (official illustrations, logos, etc.) as-is or with only minor modifications.
• Falsely claiming that your fan works are your own original creations (plagiarism).
• Actions that infringe or risk infringing upon the copyrights, reputation, credit, or privacy of our group or any third party.

• Usage or expressions that we deem to significantly damage the brand image, world view, or character image of Discope or this content (e.g., excessive violence, sexual content, discrimination, slander).
• Usage for expressing specific ideologies, religions, or political beliefs, or for related activities.
• Usage containing content that goes against public order and standards of decency.

Please refrain from modifying basic character settings (personality, appearance, backstory, etc.) in ways that significantly deviate from or contradict the original image. While we respect your interpretations, please treat the core settings with care.

Using this content or derivative works based on it as training data for AI (Artificial Intelligence), or providing it to AI-related services.

• Any act of gaining direct or indirect financial profit using derivative works. (e.g., merchandise production/sales, paid commissions, use on ad-supported sites, digital content sales, tipping/donations).
• Distribution of doujinshi, etc. (whether paid or free) is currently prohibited in principle, as distinguishing between commercial and non-commercial use is difficult, as is tracking physical distribution. (We will announce separately if this changes in the future.)

Using expressions or designs that could mislead users into believing they are official productions or services of our group.
